While most of the country is going to notice a reduction in taxes, California residents will be all over the board. Over 90% of Q4 reports have come in and 2018 reported a 20.8% earnings growth over 2017. Pretty good numbers considering the S&P 500 was down 4.5% for the year. Do companies owe this substantial growth in earnings to tax cuts or was it just pure, organic growth. Other topics include:
