Start ups could be killing Silicon Valley, literally. Kym sits down with Dr. Aaron Blackledge, Care Practice CEO and healthcare entrepreneur, for a sincere discussion about mental health trends that are not receiving enough attention. Dr. Blackledge shares his story about the Practice Fusion privacy breaches and doctors entering the tech world to right wrongs made by well meaning entrepreneurs with no medical background. He then gets into some specifics about the narcissistic personality disorders that are more common around Silicon Valley, the hazards of societal imbalances as well as the dangers of entrepreneurs turning towards hallucinogens for their next big idea. They also get some insight from Dr. Tayo Hendrix about getting patients into the office, accept treatments and create balance in their lives.
