Kym talks about the world’s smallest GPS tracker with Iota CEO, Ben Wild.

This week Kym calls up Ben Wild from Iota, the co-founder and CEO of the world’s smallest GPS tracker. Starting off Kym will learn about Bens’ lifelong passion for inventing as he tells us about several prototypes and ideas he had growing up. Ben later tells us how Craigslist sparked the idea for a pet tracker which eventually evolved into Iota. He then explains how Iota works by using home bases and wifi to connect to Iota servers and help find your lost possessions. Ben also addresses potential security issues, crowd sourcing challenges and how Iota maximizes its battery life so only monthly charging is needed.
