This week Kym chats with Boom founder Blake Scholl to learn about the next supersonic jet. First off we will hear about a near death experience where he was able to save his parents and himself from going off a cliff. Kym then asks Blake what went wrong with air travel that caused innovation to stall, and what makes Boom planes more practical than the now defunct Concorde. Blake also explains why he had to look away from Silicon Valley for Boom to become a success, where he is at in development and talks about obstacles he has had to overcome. We also learn about his recent meeting with Sir Richard Branson which has led to a deal with Virgin Airways.
